Recent activity by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, (ICE) has amplified the importance of operational I-9 compliance. A major aspect of this revolves around I-9 completeness and accuracy. ICE has significantly stepped up its enforcement efforts in the past year, and employers need to more vigilant than ever.
