Please join us at the November HR roundtables as we welcome the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, (MCAD) who will discuss their overall mission and resources along with how they directly impact employers. The MCAD is responsible for enforcing the Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws and helping employers comply with the law. Through this presentation, participants will understand common mistakes employers have made in complying with the laws, explore the complaint process should a claim arise, and gain a better understanding of how this agency operates.
