We know from the hotline, roundtables, HR audits and general conversations AIM members continue to face a variety of evolving challenges driven by everything from the ongoing pandemic to run-of-the-mill HR situations. Some examples that we hear about a lot include finding and retaining employees, handling multiple leave laws, managing remote and hybrid workplaces, holidays (pay, closures or holidays not celebrated by the company), final paychecks and keeping policies relevant and current.

We also know that we can learn a lot from each other. Often the best remedy for HR nightmares is sharing experiences and best practices with each other!
