Mgt-Class 3: Direct and Difficult Communication Wed, Jul 24, 2019 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM The program initially focuses on understanding what gets in the way of honest and effective communication and includes a brief survey in which participants understand their personal, natural reactions to confrontation. Participants focus on developing planned communications, conflict resolution and difficult conversational skills and strategies to increase their effectiveness and will practice these skills in a case study, simulation environment.
