HR Essentials provides the knowledge needed for issues regarding employee relations, staying current on changing labor laws, managing benefits, performance management concerns, and more.
The sessions will run 3.5 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5 weeks from 9AM to 12:30PM:
Jan 17 - The Role of Human Resources; Jan 19 - Talent Acquisition Process; Jan 24 - Managing Employee Leaves; Jan 26 - Employment Law HR’s Responsibility; Jan 31 - Personnel Records and Employee Handbooks; Feb 2 - Threat Management – HR’s Role; Feb 7 - Compensation Basics; Feb 9 - Employee Benefits Programs; Feb 14 - Managing Difficult Discussions; Feb 16 - Creating an Inclusive Workforce
