- Review current state and federal laws
- Understand the effects of drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace
- Review the legal considerations surrounding company policies
- Learn the signs and symptoms of abuse – reasonable suspicion
- Recognize supervisor/management responsibility in confronting the problem.
