Calling AIM's Young Leaders:
You’ve probably heard of Emotional Intelligence, but may not know what it is or how it can impact your professional career. Emotional intelligence skills are what managers need but rarely taught. And that’s interesting, because unlike your IQ, Emotional Intelligence (EQ or EI) can increase over time, with training and practice. Developing your own emotional intelligence skills will improve self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, empathy, engagement, communication, performance, and job satisfaction within your organization.
Join us for this brief introduction of what Emotional Intelligence is and isn’t, and how mastering this ability can have amazing effects on your workplace relationships, your own motivation and your career success.
This will be a ZOOM Meeting. A link to join the meeting will be sent out the day before the event.
