February is the month of love and romance. This month’s roundtable is on Valentines Day. Yet as many of you know, love and romance at work ain’t about just candy and hearts, it can go bad very quickly. Join us this month for the roundtable where we’ll be discussing many of the challenges love and romance and relationships bring to the workplace. We want to hear from you about interesting or challenging experiences and stories you may have and how you addressed them. We’ll be touching on potential harassment, policies, investigations, confidentiality issues, and dealing with relatives and relationships at work.
And if that is not enough, we’ll be discussing and comparing the new DOL independent contractor law with the current Massachusetts law and anything else causing you heartburn (Pun intended) or that piques your interest.
