Are Workplace Diversity Practices at Risk?

This year, in a historic decision, the U.S. Supreme Court effectively ended race-conscious admission programs at colleges and universities across the country. 

This decision has prompted a wide reconsideration of diversity practices across the board.  Large corporate employers and mid-small businesses alike are monitoring the landscape as they wonder if this decision is a precursor for changes to employment and contracting decisions in the future.
