Compliance is a critical component of every human resource professional's job role. Whether it is tracking the many ever-changing employment laws or creating sound policies and a thorough handbook that will help defend the company if issues arise, understanding compliance is critical. This course offers three monthly sessions to explore different scenarios.
The sessions take place on Wednesdays once a month from 10am-12pm ET:
Oct 4- Understanding Federal and State Leave of Absence Laws, Nov 1- The Americans with Disabilities Act: an Overview, Dec 6- Handling Employee Complaints and Investigations with Ease
