Inclusive Conversations is a 4-part virtual lunch and learn series designed to deepen your knowledge of inclusion in the workplace. Inclusion in the workplace fosters a sense of belonging, enhances collaboration, and drives innovation by valuing diverse perspectives and ensuring every employee feels respected and empowered. Each session explores key topics such as unconscious bias, fostering inclusion, allyship and advocacy, and identifying and addressing microaggressions. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn, share, and grow as part of a community committed to embracing inclusion in the workplace.
This four-part series is on Thursday mornings spread throughout the year.:
May 15 - An Introduction to Unconscious Bias, Jul 10 - Creating a Culture of Inclusion, Sep 11 - Allyship and Advocacy, Nov 13 - Microaggression Awareness and Mitigation
