This program will help you to identify stress and burnout, manage those emotions, provide guidance on how to have conversations in the workplace about mental health issues, and ensure that your company is aware of its legal obligations regarding mental health conditions at work.
This course is on Wednesday afternoons for 3 weeks from 1-3pm ET.
