Artificial intelligence offers exciting opportunities for HR—but it also introduces significant legal and ethical risks. This course explores the evolving legal landscape surrounding AI in employment, including discrimination, disparate impact, bias, and recent court cases. Participants will examine real-world HR applications of AI and learn how to recognize potential risks in AI-assisted decisions. Through practical examples, participants will be better equipped to evaluate when and how AI can be used responsibly in HR. Participants will receive a sample AI policy.
