Pandemic Planning- OSHA Language Update

This fall, President Joe Biden announced new sweeping measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. On November 4th, OSHA released its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) detailing employer requirements related to mandating their employees be vaccinated in the workplace. These rules apply to employers with 100 or more employees.
