Management Certificate Series-Chelmsford

Held on 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, and 7/12. Every day, managers are required to make an array of decisions on matters affecting their department, impacting the overall business. Their ability to exercise sound judgment and leadership is made even more difficult by real-time demands from multiple directions. The series offers focused practice and feedback in a safe environment where these leaders can sharpen their skills, intuition and overall approach to their role. They will build their ability to influence, lead change and spark innovation - while creating an atmosphere that attracts and retains the best talent. This program is designed for supervisors and managers with two or more years of experience or those who have completed our Supervisory Skills Level 1 program. It is also recommended for the more senior supervisor who seeks a refresher or in-depth knowledge of a specific topic area.
