Workplace trends and emerging laws in Massachusetts have further complicated the role of front-line leaders. With the increase in harassment complaints along with the changes from the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act, Parental & Domestic Violence Leave, Earned Sick Time Law, Equal Pay Act and legalization of marijuana, many managers are unfamiliar with how each law impacts their everyday decisions.
