This five-day series (9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, and 10/2) provides practical supervisory skills and an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that can be applied in the workplace immediately. The series (10 half-day modules, one day per week for five weeks) is designed for new team and/or group leaders; front-line leaders who were promoted but never given leadership education; or supervisors seeking a leadership boost. The content is applicable across all industries.
