The course would be valuable to any participant who interviews potential employees or is about to enter a position where this skill would be required and will emphasize the requirement to clearly understand the behaviors and skills required of candidates to fit both the job and the company. Once these essential requirements have been identified, participants will learn the tactics of interviewing including the structure of the interview itself, legal issues associated with interviewing, how to format an interview, how to ask the right questions and how to interpret the answers. Emphasis is placed interpreting candidate responses by more than just listening to the actual spoken words.
