The program focuses on recognizing the conditions required in an organization for change to be effective. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own organization's readiness for change and develop a useable action plan to take back to the workplace to help facilitate the change. Participants will gain an understanding of how individuals react to change; will take a survey.
