HR2-Class 1: Developing Effective Relationships

This program explores the value of collaborative relationships for HR and the effort required to achieve that collaboration. Barriers to building partnerships are discussed and strategies developed for overcoming them. The dos and don'ts of building influence are learned and practiced and the major elements of trust building are learned.
