This five-day series provides practical supervisory skills and an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that can be applied in the workplace immediately. The series (10 half-day modules, one day per week for five weeks) is designed for new team and/or group leaders; front-line leaders who were promoted but never given leadership education; or supervisors seeking a leadership boost. The content is applicable across all industries. The classes take place on 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/13 and 11/20. *Skips week of 11/6
