Deliverable material include an understanding how things get done in the organization with an emphasis is on developing skills in communication, listening and timing to recognize opportunities to employ power, authority or influence. Focus will also include building skills in 'managing up'. Participants will learn how to deepen their competency of organization trust: learning how it is earned, how it is maintained and how it can be eroded.
